The headspace app has been helpful for me because it has helpful videos along with guided meditation. I appreciate the visuals, and the animation explaining some meditative concepts to me. They also have a Sleep section, which helps me fall asleep at night through guided wind down meditation and ambient sounds. Of course there is a free version, and a paid version, but I just have the free version, because you know, free.

THINK UP

Think Up lets you type and record affirmations and reminds you to listen to them and repeat them. You can record your actual voice saying your affirmations, so even when you can’t muster the energy to say them allowed, you can listen to your voice still say your affirmations. You can still be in control and it’s very calming.
