#10DaysOfMentalHealing

At the start of October, I put together a 10 day challenge to prep for World Mental Health Day which falls on October 10th each year. The daily challenges ranged from writing down your yearly accomplishments to drinking water.

There are both small and big changes we can make in our daily routines to help us reframe our thinking to reflect less negativity in our lives.

“Studies” and “Research” have stated by the year 2020, the leading cause of death and disability will be depression.

That’s in less than 2 years.

As long as I’m alive, I refuse to let that happen. At least to the people around me. I will continue to write, provide resources, share my experiences, my knowledge, my love.

Please take care of yourself. Unfollow pages on social media that do not provide insight and development to your well-being. Stop comparing yourself to unrealistic figures. Don’t lose yourself chasing an imaginary idea of success.

Just as unique as your fingerprints, so are your plans to happiness and prosperity.

I wanted to share some people and their participation in the challenge. Internet Positivity has been heavy on my mind, so that was truly the basis for this challenge. I wanted to see more positive things online, because, let’s be honest, we aren’t really going to stop getting on social media. What we can do is control the content that we see. I will block something so fast it’s ridiculous. Follow an inspirational page for every gossip/entertainment page you follow. Do something. Nothing is going to change unless you do.

I love you. Thank you.

Thank you all for participating and sharing Internet Positivity. Love yourself, love yours, love above all.

Thank you.
